These Terms of Service apply to every app published by Meta IT Labs ("we", "us"), including the apps listed below and any future app that links to this page from its App Store listing.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using an app published by Meta IT Labs ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our apps — including attempting to disrupt any backend services they rely on, reverse-engineer them beyond what's permitted by law, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Where an app offers a paid unlock or subscription, it is billed and managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and are managed or cancelled through your Apple ID account settings, not within the app. We never receive your payment card details.
Your Content
Any data you enter into an app — logs, settings, credentials for a service you connect — belongs to you. Where an app stores this data locally on your device, you can remove it at any time by clearing it in the app or uninstalling.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta IT Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
Changes to These Terms
As we add apps or features, we'll update this page — including the "App-Specific Terms" section below — rather than publishing separate terms per app. Continued use of an app after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top reflects the last update.
App-Specific Terms
FitmAI
FitmAI is a fitness, nutrition, and wellness tracking app with optional AI-assisted features (AI food logging, daily reviews). It is provided for general fitness and informational purposes only.
- •FitmAI does not provide medical advice. Nutrition estimates, AI-generated summaries, and wellness suggestions are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness guidance. Consult a doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.
- •Nutrition estimates and daily reviews are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment before relying on them.
- •FitmAI Premium is billed through your Apple ID via the App Store, monthly or annually, and renews automatically unless cancelled. Free trial terms, where offered, are shown before purchase — you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
